Need a quick and easy dessert idea? Well, recipes don't get much simpler than this Strawberry Crumble that I whipped up recently. Three ingredients, and you are good to go!
1 Yellow Cake Mix
Approx. 6 Cups of Strawberries
1 Cup of Butter (or butter substitute)
Place all of your strawberries on the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
Add 1/2 of the cake mix and 1/2 of the butter to the top of the strawberry layer.
Add the remaining cake mix and butter for the final layer. Then pop your baking pan in a preheated oven and bake for 1 hour @ 350 degrees. Easy peasy!
I added some whipped topping before serving . . . it's also great with ice cream!
